It really helps also keeps your heart healthy and also helps to lose weight.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Try to Walk during lunch hour&lt;strong&gt;.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Try to Eat half your dessert as that will help you also to avoid putting on the extra pounds.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Try to Use fat free milk over whole milk&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Drink water before a meal and try to drink as much water as possibly as it helps also to remove toxic chemicals from our body.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;b&gt;
